Marc Winstead
Offering over 40 years of experience in Emergency Services, Marc is passionate about applying lessons-learned in the past to solutions for tomorrow’s problems. Marc is a licensed/registered Respiratory Therapist, Certified Hospital Emergency Coordinator, and a Virginia Paramedic. With a career ranging from Chief of the busiest all-volunteer EMS agency in Virginia, to Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, to Emergency Management Coordinator for one of Virginia’s premier academic health systems, Marc has worked in nearly every area of healthcare as a care provider and administrator.

John Winstead
John is a Nationally Registered Paramedic working as an EMS-Technician for the largest Fire Department in Virginia. He has over a decade of experience in Fire and Emergency Services, serving departments ranging from rural to densely populated urban cities. He is a FEMA Medical Specialist assigned to an international Urban Search and Rescue Task Force.
